When one session is not enough
One session can be a valuable starting point. However, when there is a specific health concern to address, we recommend a minimum of three sessions to begin a healing process.
This gives him time to open the main blockages, observe how you respond and adapt each treatment as the work progresses. It also gives your body time to release, integrate and respond between sessions.
You might be experiencing:
- A specific pain, symptom or condition you want to work on
- Tension or pain that keeps returning
- Digestion, sleep or energy that has been off for a while
- Exhaustion or chronic stress
- Symptoms nobody has been able to explain
- A first session that opened something you want to continue

A rhythm we set with you.
There is no sequence of treatments everybody receives. JRO works with what he finds on the day, and the days are spaced around your time in Bali.
- The first day
JRO reads what he finds that day and works with the blockages he observes. Two herbal preparations go home with you.
- Time to rest
There is space between the sessions to rest. Areas that have been restricted for a long time can be sensitive, so the pause matters as much as the treatment.
- The second and third days
When you return, JRO sees what has changed and what still needs attention, and shapes the treatment around that rather than around a fixed sequence.
- We adapt as we go
The three days are planned around your dates in Bali, with room between each one. If a day needs more rest than treatment, we adjust the rhythm with you.
Three treatments over several days
Three full treatments with JRO, each with two herbal preparations and time to rest between them.
You pay for the three treatments. Accommodation and transport are added only if you need them.
